"We liked everything about the hotel! Excellent location. Forget about eating in the cafes along the waterfront. The dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was the best of our trip thus far and the lowest cost!"

"fantastic staff great experience"

"Es war einfach hervorragend. Super sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zentral gelegen und damit super geeignet, wenn man Chania als Städetrip anpeilt."

"The monastery Estates was a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The whole experience felt like I stepped back in time. The one concern I had was there’s apparently assigned tables for breakfast, make sure you ask where yours is otherwise you may get yelled at."

"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."

"We had an excellent stay, great location, beautiful and historic property. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!"

"Property was in great location; very nice accomodations. Upon arrival directions to the room should state must walk through the restaurant- workers at the restaurant were not aware of the hotel room. If have luggage steps are steep and there is no porter to help....The sister property was very helpful - had elevators Domus Renier onsite support - would stay there next time. Domus Fresco no support staff"

"Everything about this hotel was perfection! The details were so thoughtfully considered, and as we needed things, we found that they were all there for us in our room, conveniently placed, and beautifully appointed. Katerina was a very welcoming host and always made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a perfect quiet location and the comforts that you appreciate when you travel."

"Was such a gorgeous hotel and perfect location, my boyfriend and I had an amazing time!"

"Très bien situé"

"Loved our stay here. Reception was very friendly and responsive, they efficiently arranged my taxi to and from the airport. The room was very clean and loved the aesthetic. The hotel was conveniently located in old town and quick walk to the Venetian port."

"There simply aren’t enough words to praise this property. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by staff that makes you feel just like family. Not to mention the most beautiful rooms! We had the room overlooking the water and that was incredible! The breakfast in the morning was amazing as were the treats in our room upon arrival! I have to admit my husband and I were both a little sad when our departure from this paradise arrived as we had become attached to these...

"Beautiful hotel, great proximity to the Venetian harbour. Short walk to the beach. The breakfast on the rooftop every morning was the best. Good selection of breakfast items, and the view can not be beat. Highly recommend."

"This property is so convenient for exploring old town Chania. Everything is at your doorstep. Great communication for our late hour arrival with easy check-in. Room presentation was immaculate."

"This is a delightful hotel with very helpful staff. The only problem with it is that it is the labyrinth of pedestrian streets that make up Chania old town and it was difficult for us to find it - others might not find it a problem. Breakfast was excellent, and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable."

"Oh host Alexandra was fantastic. The best place to stay in Chania!"

"This place was everything we were hoping for and more. I highly recommend this place if traveling to Crete."
