"This hotel was absolutely fantastic for my stay in Chanía. The room was snug, but had great amenities and great view of the port. The proximity to everything was perfect and made everything easy to walk to in town and take nightly strolls along the port. The staff is what made this trip exceptional. They were friendly and helped me coordinate excursions and figure out local bus schedules. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, everyone provided fantastic service and were extremely...

"Very nice, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast."

"This is a beautiful resort! Amazed how big the room is and with the view from the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it’s in a great location to Old Town. I will definitely go back!"

"The hotel was very well located in the heart of Chania with convenient access to dining, shopping, and the harbor. We felt safe and the hotel was quiet, but we were only steps from the bustle of the city. It was a man excellent stay!"

"Séjour d’une seule nuit en solo, je garde précieusement l’adresse pour un prochain sejour plus long. Tres propre, chambre spacieuse avec absolument tout ce qu’il faut, des details bien pensés, une superbe vue sur le port venitien. Bon à savoir, le petit-déjeuner est à la carte. Parking relativement facile à quelques petites minutes de marche. Personnel tres aimable et aux petits soin."

"The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms"

"Can’t say enough about the staff at the Epavli Grace Hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful . I had an insect bite and was unable to get anything for it as the pharmacies were closed in Sunday. The lady at reception called a friend at the hospital who immediately brought some anti sting cream to the hotel!!! Incredible! The rooms were large , clean and comfortable other than the hard sofa . The location was excellent and about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront shops and...

"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."

"The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The room and bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed at in a hotel and I’ve traveled all over the world. The breakfast and staff were fantastic and met our every need. The location couldn’t have been better, a quick 8 min walk to the harbor and many restaurants. Chania is a wonderful city and for my first time going to Crete, was overjoyed with my stay at Chania hotel .. big...

"This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town with character and charm."

"Great location, very nice staff, exactly as advertised."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff was lovely, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean. There are not enough superlatives for how wonderful this hotel is. The ruins inside are also so cool! Definitely a must stay!"

"I’d love to give this a perfect “10”, but I had some issues. I wasn’t allowed any Hilton Honors points because I booked my stay through Expedia instead of the Hilton site. I would think a big company like Hilton could figure out a way to do this. I asked the receptionist if my being a member offered any perks during my stay. No. There are 6 Hiltons on Crete. This is the only one that does not include breakfast. I had to pay €20 for the VERY small buffet. The waffle maker was defective. The...
