We were only there for one night but the check in was extremely easy! The room was spacious and clean. I will add for those who need accessibility that there is no lift at the property. Overall a comfortable night!

Pity about the others....

Exceptional value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Double bed was great and matress and pillows clean and comfortable. The area was very noisy and other residents also late going to sleep shouting and banging around

This is a simple clean room with a great view of the ocean. Easy to find and places are nearby for dining or short ride to the port area. This was an excellent find! The room was perfect for one or two people. Safe and private parking in driveway. Property manager was available and tentative!

The owner was very friendly! He was always available and willing to help!! And very flexible when we wanten to change the date of reservation! It was no problem and he solved it in a minute!! Hé was so friendly that I feel ashamed that I forgot to pay the tourist tax!! Sorry sorry sorry

Bit far from city center

It is a bit far from the city center of Chania. The room is big which is ok. But the shower isn’t practical. There is a small bathtub and you have to keep the shower head in your hands. Also sounds from talking neighbours outside you could clearly hear very early in the morning.

Not a great location. 40 minute walk to Chania Harbor or heavy traffic and have to pay to park anywhere. The host was rude and bed linens/towels were cheap. Bed linens is literally just a sheet. Would not stay again.

The room.was spacious but the bathroom needed renovation. It is not a hotel but rooms to let-style..Communication with the owner was via emails or phone. We.had daily cleaning but towels and toiletries only every 2-3 days which was higly inconvenient. Also the rug to dry the towels in the balcony was rusty. The parking was good but there is also.parkimg around the area.

Creepy man

On value for money I would give it 5/5, very cheap and the accommodation matches but was adequate. However, I have given it 1/5 for the very creepy and very poor communication. Despite mailing in the morning (and he confirmed my email was received) I had no communication in reply so had to turn up blind at 22:00 (which was one hour before checking in cut off time). I arrived to dark accommodation with rooms & lockboxes with no instructions. Eventually I got through to Hotels.com (AI robot) who gave me a phone number to ring (now 22:30). The man I phoned, took great enjoyment in making me grovel by telling him it was not his fault that I had waited half an hour to get to my room , he kept repeating this and he was getting huge enjoyment about threatening us not getting into a room, all very creepy. I was so annoyed that I lost nearly a whole nights sleep. It was like a sinister episode of Fawlty Towers. We departed as soon as we could the next day, I would definitely not recommend this property, so much so that I would like this man reported.

Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft, nur zum übernachten sucht wird es in Ordnung finden. Die Reinigungskraft hat täglich die Räumlichkeiten gereinigt und das Bett gemacht, das war positiv. Leider ist die Unterkunft 45-50 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Auch ins Stadtzentrum und zum venezianischen Hafen läuft man mindestens 40 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, man muss aber gut auf die Abfahrtzeiten achten.

Struttura eccellente, nuova e molto comoda sia al centro della città, raggiungibile in macchina in soli 8 minuti, sia a una grande vastità di spiagge tra le migliori di Creta. Pulizia accurata, ogni due giorni cambio asciugamani. Personale sempre a disposizione, ottima comunicazione. Molto comodo self check-in/out. Parcheggio nella struttura.
