"Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!"

"• This 5-star hotel offers a stunning, remote location, high-quality rooms, excellent dining, and great amenities. • However, it falls short of its brand standards due to inconsistent staffing, poor check-in service, inadequate sunbed capacity, and unreliable room maintenance. • While the property has significant potential and helpful management, it currently struggles with basic operational issues that require improvement. On the whole however, it's a lovely hotel. But basics need a little work and they get them right, with the location and general room quality, this could an amazing place."

"I had a wonderful stay at Morum City Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Studio Suite with a huge balcony, which was wonderful for sitting outside in the evenings with friends. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, with an easy walk down to the harbour. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The room was clean, peaceful, modern, and luxurious. It had a large balcony with a view of the sea. The pool seemed to be always in the shade, surrounded by buildings so we didn’t use it as we were there in October. The breakfast was good with many options. The hotel is close to the seaside walkway to access restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to the central bus station."

"This was our second visit to Atlantica Amalthia. Very nice hotel. Everywhere was very clean, our room was a good size (we had a room in the building on the beach side) with nice balcony. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast room was nice and good choice of food. Very well kept beach. All of the staff were first class. So friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Visited the spa and had two massages during my stay and both were very nice and relaxing. Definitely recommend. Reasonable price. Didn't use the pool as it got busy very quickly. Sunbeds were very close together and not positioned well that you could get the sun all day. Whilst I enjoy swimming in a pool, we chose to stay on the beach each day. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommend Sebastien next door. Absolute gem of a hotel and would definitely recommend it."
