"The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway."

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel

"First, the room was what I reserved and EXTREMELY CLEAN! We asked for towels and received within minutes. The badness... hotel was under construction. Front entrance, garage and valet were closed. Had to park in casino parking with no cart for suitcases and no bell hop. Had to enter through the casino. Cigarette smoke and alcohol were the first smells I encountered. The temp checkin was halfway through the building. No maps, no explicit direction. We aimlessly walked until we found the desk. Check in was quick. Directions to the room were vague. We found the room by searching with the signs and guesswork. The resturants advertised were not open. We went to little Six casino for dinner. Order was not delivered as ordered. Tasted like microwave food. I threw up what i could eat before leaving. Stopped at reservation desk and asked about the other resturants and was told they may or may not be open the next day. The only one open was the sports lounge and the fast food. I need to mention these were open Friday night and Saturday. We left Sunday and had to check out at the desk at the front of the hotel since it was finally open. Was offered a ride to the casino parking but after 15 min he walked to the other parking lot and drove back to get our luggage and me. Totally did not advertise construction and was not sympathetic to physical handicaps of the guests paying to stay. Would've left the first night if I wouldn't have lost my money. Did not go to gamble."

"The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."
