"I cannot say enough good things about the customer service here. They were so accommodating in every way. The free beach chairs and umbrellas make beach days so easy. (Tip the crew there, they are working in extreme heat!). Free self parking which is unheard of these days was a nice surprise! Rooms were so spacious, clean, and updated. Highly recommend!"

"Spacious, Great Location, and Responsive ManagementOur party of eight—four adults, two grandparents, and two kids (ages 6 and 9)—had a wonderful stay. The property matches the photos perfectly, and the layout provided the ideal balance of shared spaces and privacy for a multi-generational group. We loved the warm welcome with fresh flowers and a card.Location & AmenitiesThe location is unbeatable: an easy walk to Wailea Beach, local shops, the property pool, and the main road. The home was clean and fully stocked with everyday supplies to keep things tidy during our stay.Maintenance & ServiceWe did run into several frustrating appliance issues during our stay—including a bedroom ceiling fan breaking, an AC unit that stopped cooling due to a very dirty filter, a non-heating dryer, a non-functioning stove hood, and faulty outdoor grill igniters. Management was able to fix everything except the last two issues during our stay. They were prompt, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to resolving every issue they could. Technicians arrived quickly, provided temporary solutions (like bringing a portable fan while a replacement was ordered), and management worked with us directly to reach a fair, mutual agreement for the inconvenience.OverallWhile the appliance hiccups were unfortunate, the management response, incredible location, and spacious design made this a memorable family vacation. We would gladly return as all issues should be resolved."

"My husband and I had an incredible honeymoon stay. We couldn't recommend Hotel Wailea enough!! The team are all so lovely and attentive and all went out their way to give us the best experience. Shannon was an absolute star organising an itinerary prior to arrival so everything was so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend the in-room Lomi Lomi couples massage and hiring e-bikes with Bear. Shoutout to Sunny also for her help on the front desk and assistance with our postcards! Our hotel room was spacious, comfortable and had a breathtaking ocean view and sofa balcony loungers. We were also very grateful to the valet team for all their assistance chauffeuring us around Wailea and the beaches. The food was utterly divine, in particular the Bird Cage was a highlight, superb menu and sake. The breakfasts also were so fresh! Not to mention the moreish cocktail menu and bites by the pool! The ariel and flow yoga with Andrea and outrigger canoe experience were also fantastic. We couldn't fault it and was the most perfect honeymoon. Thank you all so so much again. We look forward to returning one day X"

"The views were breathtaking! Beautiful home with everything you need to relax and enjoy the best of Maui. You can’t really swim in the rocky little bay out back but a 8 min walk will take you to the prettiest little beach perfect for swimming and frolicking. The host and property manger were very responsive. We had a wonderful time!"

"This property was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. A little warning about parking. The garage parking is very tight with limited number of spaces. My husband had rented a full size SUV for the family. We ended up parking on the street outside the complex because the garage parking was too difficult. Fortunately, street parking was super easy!"
