"Cleaning of lift area and stairs, guest uses there hands to pick up the food instead of using a spoons or tongs, even after bringing to staff notice no one bothered about the same . Guest picked up the fruits from the bowl bare handed and were tasting . Toilet at reception is not clean ."

"I didn't get the invoices while checking out and was told will receive by email. When I didn't get them they wanted me to write mail and what not."

"For the price value hotel is okay and staff is very friendly Rooms are clean but they need to change bedsheets and pillow cases before next guests check in as i noticed they were not changed Overall okay "

"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists."
