"Staff was unaware of booking despite providing them booking reference and staff never responded to chats after booking.waited for an hour after arriving ( intimated hotel late arrival ). Hotel room was unclean and felt the rooms were used for shady business looking at customers( couples) checking in late night without luggage."

They forgot that they had listed this property on Expedia and made me wait for half an hour trying to verify my room, whereas I was constantly showing my receipt.
