"Limited water in taps, staff was not supportive in helping during the parking, I had to myself get my luggage from car to the hotel during checkout and check in. Food quality was poor, the spring rolls was extra burnt and then served. Parking was relatively safe as compared to nearby hotels."

We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. Food in the restaurant was very good and the service was superb. Aayush in the restaurant was extremely helpful and he took care of us every day.
