"After we booked, there was no communication from the host. I emailed several times looking for the entry process, but I received no response. I called, but I received no response. On the day of the stay, we finally got a hold of someone. They said they couldn't rent to us because the AC wasn't working. I told them that it was no issue; we would still take the place.
