Lagrange Prestige en Savoie: pourquoi pas

+++ 1. La surface des chambres est appréciable tout comme l'équipement mis à disposition. 2. L'ambiance savoyarde est bien respectée en l’occurrence via la décoration des pièces à vivre grâce au bois et couleurs choisis. 3. Les commentaires des clients émis au moment de la réservation ne sont pas forcément respectés mais logement et annexes restent on ne peut plus convenables. 4. Les chalets sont facilement accessibles et la proposition d'un parking même payant est bienvenu. --- 1. Le personnel peut être débordé à l'accueil; la patience est de mise 2. Non-respect des recommandations de la Direction relatives au maintien d'un cadre paisible pour tous les résidents (nuisances sonores jusqu'à 2h du matin, chiens autorisés et problème d'insonorisation d'un étage à l'autre) 3. Moindre qualité de nettoyage des logements à charge des occupants des lieux lorsque ces derniers font le choix de ne pas le confier à la résidence pour économiser 55 euros. Quand on voit en effet la façon dont l'état des lieux de sortie est réalisé, on comprend mieux pourquoi cheveux et verres salis sont encore trouvés à l'entrée par les clients suivants!
