At the end of a dead-end road, semi-detached house comprising 4 gîtes and the owners' accommodation. Ground floor (independent access by staircase descending on 3 levels / slope): living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single bunk beds), bathroom (shower). Private terrace + small garden. Public parking 50m away. Rentals from Sunday to Sunday only from mid-December to the end of April Superb renovated traditional 18th century farmhouse. Quiet residential area in the old village, very close to the slopes and the heart of the resort. South facing slope. Good comfort. Warm and cosy. Exposed terrace. Pleasant private garden with flowers. Beautiful open view of the mountains.
