"As reported by a another traveller there is a very strong smell of heating oil in the apartment. When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it. Initially we thought these were smells from cleaning / detergents, but we realised after a while that this was heating oil smells. We came back yesterday and all our equipment needs to be washed. The apartment is quite well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances such as coffee machine...

"Le logement est spacieux et TRES TRES bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Il est très propre, et nous n'avons pas eu froid. Idéalement situé pour ballades, ski, courses. Simplement attention à la route passante avec les enfants. Le chien des propriétaires peut également faire peur aux enfants, mais il est toujours bien enfermé dans son enclos. Les propriétaires vivent juste à côté, étaient disponibles pour notre arrivée plus tardive que prévue, et nous ont offert une spécialité locale en...

"This was an excellent location for exploring both the French and Swiss side of the border and the Jura mountains in September. Our host was most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and the apartment was beautifully appointed - much larger than we had anticipated. We also greatly appreciated the spacious lock up garage. Les Rousses is charming with many interesting walks and sight seeing nearby. Our two trips to Lausanne and one to Geneva were also highlights of the holiday. We didn't need...
