"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"Great Apartment near everything in the city of Paris, France. It was roomy. However, if city noise is a problem for you, this place would not be suitable. You are right smack in the middle of the city and that comes with city noise. We enjoy it and love walking everywhere. The owner was so help in everything. We would definitely would book it again, when we go back to Paris."

"The location of the property is perfect, a few metres from Place de la Concorde. We had a studio on the ground floor which was spacious and perfect for a few days in Paris. It is close to the Metro (and the rumbling of trains can be heard but you quickly get used to it). and a short walk to the Louvre. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely book it again. "

"All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

Location-wise, this property is great for its proximity to transit — especially if taking the Roissybus from/to CDG (highly recommended). "Really enjoyed the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to several Metro stations. Very quiet area. The best bread/pastrie shop 2 blocks away. Laundry place 3 doors away from outside door. Many dining options close by. If you like walking, we walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge. About 5 blocks away is a really nice street market with lots of fresh veggies, fruit, meats. Nice"

"Location, location, location. For me, this was great. I was traveling solo, in Paris for one night. I knew the toilet was shared and across the hall, and the space was small. It's very small, but it worked for me. Easy access to Eiffel Tower, restaurants and grocery stores. I used the Bus, Metro and my feet to get around. No issues. accessing the building. Very small room, but this worked for me."

"Lived like a local in true Paris suburbs, easy to get around, 10 mins from multiple metro spots. Place was clean and well presented with everything you needed for a home stay. The only thing I would mention was the bathroom smelt quite musty as long as I kept the door closed it didn’t bother me too much."

The apartment is not near any of the tourist destinations but is less than two blocks away from two Metro lines, making it easy to travel to those destinations."
