"The hotel did not have any desirable outdoor seating area. There was one table and chairs outback, but it was dirty.
Our room was in the front of the hotel and was very noisy.
I corresponded with a gentleman employee weeks before we arrived and he confirmed a dinner reservation for me, but when we arrived, we learned he had not done so."
