"Stayed here for an overnight stopover. Lovely guesthouse. Beautiful surroundings. Kids were kept entertained with garden toys/equipment. Best part of the stay was the breakfast! Best start to our holiday we could ask for!"

"My only regret is that we didn't plan a longer stay! This Chateau and the grounds are stunning. The resident manager, Pascale, was delightful, helpful and it was so pleasant to chat with her during our stay. She recommended a lovely restaurant in a nearby town and arranged reservations for us on a busy Friday night. Made to order breakfast, extensive honor bar with drinks and snacks, beautiful suite and common areas and very reasonable pricing; you can't go wrong with Chateau La Remetiere!"

"Quiet area. Easy access to St Lô. Old building. Polystyrene ceiling tiles in bedroom.Fire hazard? Very comfy bed. Very steep, dangerous stairs to room. Owner very nice but did ask for payment again even though we pre-paid. Basic continental breakfast but only 3 euros each.Overall, for a one night stopover after a 9 hour drive,it did the job."

Als wir dann nach diversen Nachfragen, Anrufen und falschen Richtungen ankamen, hat mir der Hausherr Vorwürfe gemacht, dass ich meine Emails nicht gecheckt hätte, denn in der Mail hätte er mir alles erklärt. Ich gehöre zu den Menschen, die nach einer Buchungsbestätigung nicht auf weitere Hinweise warten, sondern im Urlaub dann meine Gräte ausschalten! Tatsache ist, dass...
