"Ardévaz I", 5-room chalet 140 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed, hand-basin and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill) with dining table. Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Seul bémol manque un portail ou une barrière pour protéger la descente des escaliers qui amènent aux chambres situées au sous sol . Heureusement l’ agence nous en a trouvé une , qui nous a sécurisé cette endroit Dangereux pour les enfants escaliers assez raide
