## Logement
Sleeping 5 people, the accommodation is spacious, warm and ideal for a holiday with friends or family. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds in the living room (the sofa, the bed underneath it and the fold-out armchair), a bathroom. During your stay, you will be able to take advantage of the BALCONY to admire the magnificent view of the MONT BLANC and enjoy a sunny day. In addition to all this, you will have at your disposal: Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Lift, Coffee machine, Vacuum cleaner, Oven, Hot water, Iron and ski locker.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away and buses are free thanks to the guest cards given out in the flat.
The bus station is just a 1-minute walk away and will take you to all the ski areas.

A ski rental shop "O'shop" is located on a square 3mn walk from the building and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping, but also a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and a delicious bakery at 5mn from the flat!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
