Appartement duplex aux Praz, dans un quartier calme de chalets. A 5-10mn à pied du telecabine de Flegere et à 7mn en voiture du centre de Chamonix. L'appartement est très bien équipé (materiel de cuisine, appareil à raclette, lave linge, sèche cheveux...) , lits confortables, parfait pour 4 avec une chambre double en bas et une chambre avec 2 lits simples en haut. Si vous êtes 6 personnes, attention 2 personnes dorment dans un clic clac sur une mezzanine assez basse de plafond, un peu juste pour 6 avec une seule salle de bain. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique plein sud sur le massif du mont blanc, aiguille du Midi... Parking couvert au RDC, jardin. Chien autorisé.
