3-star studio ideally located in the center of Chamonix.
The residence enjoys a superb location, within walking distance of all shops and amenities (cinema, QC Therme, gym, restaurant...), close to restaurants, bars, casino... A few steps from the Aiguille du Midi gondola, close to the Montenvers train station.
Less than 15 minutes' walk from the Brévent gondola and Planards chairlift.

Decorated with care, offering a fully-equipped kitchen and a pleasant living room opening onto the small outdoor space with a superb panoramic view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix, with living/sleeping area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen.

The sofa converts into a 160x190 bed with comforter and 4 feather pillows.

A shower room with washing machine/dryer completes the set. Shampoo, shower oil and conditioner are available.

A cellar is available for storing your sports equipment.

The apartment does not have disabled access.

The iconic Grand Hôtel Couttet, built in the 19th century during the golden age of mountaineering, has been restored to its former glory. This may cause some noise during construction.
