"Spa was a little disappointing, sauna and spa baths are tiny given the number of rooms at this hotel. Hotel is also quite a walk to any of the ski bus stops which is not easy in full ski gear. Certainly a bit pricey for what you actually get in terms of facilities. "

They didn’t warn us that there was a £200 deposit when you get to the hotel and they only accepted a physical card, so make sure you have this as you could get very stuck. "

"As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes. All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk. Highly recommend"

"Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"The views from this chalet are spectacular - the photos just don’t do it justice. The mountains are all you see from the floor to ceiling windows and the peaks are truly majestic. We were two families vacationing together and our younger kids loved bunking in the loft together and older teens enjoyed the bunk and double rooms. Donatella was an outstanding concierge and helped us immediately fix a couple minor things that came up during our stay. Access to the slopes is great, with everything a 5-30 min drive away depending on where you’re going. We can’t wait to come back!"

"A great find of a chalet that comfortably holds 2 couples. Located in Les Praz this chalet is a short walk to the Flegere Telecabine and the associated slopes. Would highly recommend."

"Indoor/outdoor pool looked nice, but only open 10 am to 7 pm, so we missed it. Everything else was great. Very nice team who held our luggage both before checkin and after check out."
