This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and a great part of town very accessible very clean and very well designed along with excellent friendly staff would highly recommend it.

Location is good but the rooms and space too small. Even the elevator can't fit 3 people comfortably. The staff are good and professional.
