"Accurate pictures, very, very nice space. A few quirks of an old building (the hot water is coming, it just may take a few minutes). Very nice kitchen, unfortunately there are so many good restaurants nearby that we never used it 😀. So close to the square we could easily have walked if we wanted to. Only recommendation would be some ottomans for the seating area - the tub chairs made us want to put up our feet and relax."

The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again."

It was very confusing and we ended up getting boots on all 3 cars; however, the host was VERY helpful and sent us most of the money back in return for the mishap. Would stay again but would want clearer instructions on the parking situation. Other than that, very clean, nice, responsive, and helpful! The place was about an 8-minute walk from the Fox Theater!"

My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. There were a few things that I feel should be mentioned. 1) VRBO says we will get check in info three days in advance of our stay; that has always been the case with every VRBO I've stayed in; however, this VRBO owner told us we would not be given the information until 24 hours in advance. "Was not able to stay at the residence,host says she had already spoke with Vrbo support team to unlist the property and they did not. So my fiance and I were stranded for about an hour after a 3 hour drive until Vrbo was able to get me a hotel for one night instead of the two I had booked, therefore we were forced to leave early and I have not yet received a refund."
