"Great breakfast, friendly staff, central location"

"I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel."

"Quite a unique hotel. Layout was different and somewhat difficult with the garden view room which was more a mini apartment. The bedroom was upstairs & toilet downstairs but no basin in the toilet so must go back upstairs to shower room to wash hands. Little quirky place in a great location not too far from a parking lot for your car. Staff were helpful and they have a lovely garden & restaurant & bar on site."

"Very clean room, excellent breakfast fully loaded with delicious local products."

"The property was run down and in need of an upgrade. The room was clean as the eating area and reception but the hallways and stairways were dirty"

"The triple room was perfect for our group of 3 and the bathroom was very spacious! The staff at the hotel and the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)"

"Excellent accueil Chambre impeccable. "

"Hotel accogliente, colazione varia e soddisfacente."
