"DO NOT under any circumstances book a room at this hotel. I paid 181 dollars to stay at this hotel for one night on May 9th-10th. The only decent thing was the staff. First problem was the AC. The buttons on the AC terminal weren’t working and you couldn’t set the temp. We told the staff at the front desk and were told that they would send up maintenance but nobody ever came up to check on it. Second problem was the used/opened soap that was in the shower before we even used it. Last problem and by far the worst was after my girlfriend and I woke up in the morning. There were roaches in the kitchen and the shower. For 181 I expected so much better."

"I was loving the hotel. Clean, thoughtfully appointed room. But then I went to bed. The comforter was really dingy / dirty from wear, the first pillow I grabbed smelled like cologne, and I noticed the sheets on the other bed had some stains. Seems they need new bedding and/or to replace it all between guests. Also, the AC unit was pretty loud."

"The first room they gave us. The seat on the toilet was completely broken. Not sure how a room can be made up cleaned, and this not be noticed. The second room they gave us was better, but was still quite worn out and desperately needed to be refreshed with new shower curtains and a deep clean. We love the location, but the property desperately needs attention."

"This house has lots of room for large gatherings. We were here for a graduation and could accommodate all of our guest from several different states. The only downfall for our group is that we had a handicap guest and the house is not wheelchair accessible (it was built in the 1800s so the doorways are narrow) but that didn’t deter us from having an amazing weekend. "

"The rooms were clean. Being an extended stay, I expected standard kitchen gear. There was nothing to cook with, eat on or with. No pots/pans, plates, flatware, utensils. Just a 2 burner stove. You did get 2 disposable plastic cups, 1 hotel size bar of soap, and you received 1 roll of toilet paper to last 2 people a week. They sent you home with the towels. They didn't want them back. Office hours were very short. Opening at 11am closed at 6 I think. Staff was friendly when they were there. They were repairing the stairs while we were there. There weren't any 1st floor rooms for ADA access. The elevator was more work to get to, then back to the room, then just fighting the stairs when available. It was priced low, but I did expect a little more then we received."
