Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. "We stayed here for 1 night and it was the perfect stopover. The view from the apartment was incredible and you could see the sea from the huge corner floor to ceiling windows. There’s a door out to the wrap around balcony which was lovely to sit and enjoy the view more. The promenade was a short walk away with plenty of places for food and drink. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and would be perfect for either a short stay or a longer one."

"the hotel is stunning. So close to SKM train by 10 min walk if you do not drive or fancy paying for uber. The most kind and pleasant reception and breakfast staff I experienced. The breakfast choice is wonderful! Spa is amazing and clean and room more than enough space and facilities. We checked out very early before breakfast staff and were given lunch packs to take to the airport with us which contained so much lovely food- sandwiches, salads, fruits, yoghurt and juices/water. I will definitely stay again we loved this hotel so much! thank you💚❤️💚"

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
