However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
