"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at F ZEEN. It completely exceeded any [great] expectations we already had. Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, always so welcoming, always attentive and always going out of their way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable/comfortable one. It made our first visit to Kefalonia an even more enjoyable one and I would absolutely recommend F ZEEN to anyone visiting this beautiful island. "Apartments were traditional basic Greek, as we expected. But we’re clean and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The pool and loungers were wonderful - a real key attraction. Not too busy and easily got a longer even in the middle of August. At the pool bar, the food and service was great. Only minor comments are that the bar could be pricey - certainly not somewhere you would want to purchase from all day. But we knew this from other reviews. Also, it is up a big hill. But it is manageable if you are of reasonable fitness, but you wouldn’t want to do it multiple times a day, particularly with kids. So just plan for it!! Taxis were about 7 euros. All in all a wonderful holiday! Thanks!"

"Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. "
