"The location was terrific, right in the heart of Argostoli. We could walk everywhere. The rooftop terrace bar had great views. The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower stall is very small, but that's not unusual in European hotels. Check in was less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options available."

"I had a one night stay in Argostoli as part of a longer trip. The Alley Hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was friendly and patient. The rooms are so unique and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The fresh baked veggies were my favorite part. The Greeks know how to cook eggplant! All in all I was very pleased with my stay and experience. I would stay here again. "We have had a wonderful stay at Canale Hotel and Suites. The customer service is outstanding. We took advantage of being collected from the airport and enjoyed a welcome drink on our arrival at the hotel. All of the staff were superb, considerate and looked after us so well. The breakfasts were delicious, and a wide range of Kefalonian dishes were offered. Our room was spacious, extremely well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a superb view."

"Sami Beach was excellent. Quite a long drive from the airport but well worth it. The views from the hotel both out to sea and inland over the forests and mountain are wonderful. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Sami is the best town on this lovely island. Quiet out of season but lots to see and do, and great food. "

"Beautifully decorated apartment in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood opposite the waterfront. Good cafe and restaurant very close by and also kids playground. The Melissani cave is a few mins walk away. The suites are very clean and at a high standard, there is a pool which is nice and the sea across from the apartment is stunningly clear with lots of fish and sponges. If you like to snorkel there are fresh water springs emerging from a cave just off the beach and it’s magical to snorkel there (but the spring water is cold!). It is about 15mins to Agia Efimia and 30mins to Myrtos beach. Also you can walk to Sami along the waterfront path. It’s a fabulous location and I would definitely stay here again. We had a one bedroom junior suite. Fantastic!"

"Hotel room was lovely and clean and service. Overall good ! If only pick at the safety of our room for children in the mezzanine room. The stairs had rope as decoration but not secure enough to use as a handrail and upstairs where the children’s room the window didn’t lock !! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the team were welcoming and understanding of a loud 8 and 3 year old "
