"Beatiful hotel in a very convenient location to Covent Garden. Reception staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect, quiet, comfortable bed so we had a oeaceful sleep. The room had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also spotless with lovely toiletries.Lovely restaurant and the Gin Bar had amazing cocktails served by friendly staff. All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return on our next visit to London."

"it’s a really nice place i was surprised on the quality of the rooms . only thing which was a shame was in this day and age having to pay for internet services i feel is disappointing personally . but the rest was great good breakfast choices too"

"The hotel is very centrally located. It doesn’t have many amenities. Visited during the summer heat wave of 2026, and it was extremely hot. The property doesn’t have air conditioning, and the best they can do is provide fans. It was a good place to sleep, but it didn’t offer much more than that. It was a good deal."

"Any problems go to the concierge for help. I had left mobile phone in taxi when I arrived at hotel,I kept calling the mobile and eventually the driver answered and arranged to drop off the next morning ,this didn’t happen. The phone was switched off the next day . Tony the head concierge and his team went over the cctv and gave me the reg of the taxi,on the Monday morning I contacted TFL who contacted the company and I got it back. I can’t thank them all enough as it really spoiled my holiday and if it hadn’t been for them so helpful I wouldn’t have got it back ☺️"

"The rooms are, as you might expect, tiny, but perfect for a night or two's stay, where you're not going to be using the room much except for sleeping. No kettle, though there are drinks machines in reception. The air conditioning in the room is brilliant, a real plus in the current hot spell. Plenty of cafes locally with breakfast options. Bed was very comfy, and although both bedroom and en suite were small, there is room under the bed to place larger cases. The staff are a real asset to the hotel. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, It's about 10 minutes walk from the nearest underground station at London Victoria, with Westminster around 20 minutes walk in the opposite direction."
