"Beautiful property and very attentive staff. The property is very clean and has an immaculate view. The area is very quiet and is home to a very friendly community. The roads are very bumpy to get to this property and I would say this is the only negative. I would highly recommend this property for a stay for any family "

"Overall it was good. There were some things that probably need attention. For example the wash machine damaged some of my clothing; I discovered the filter is clogged with calcium deposits and needs to be replaced. The city water is cut almost every day and had to use the emergency reserve in the tank. However, some of these things are not under the control of the host. In general, I was a good stay and wood consider staying there again"

"First I want to say I had a great host her communication was always transparent, she is also bilingual for anyone speaking english and spanish , I loved My stay i loved my vacation tho only mid hap i had during my trip is the lukewarm water, That’s half of the country though not everyone has water heaters but it was nothing major!"

"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...

"Overall the property was well equipped, had a beautiful layout enough room for the family and also family friendly. I liked that everything was easy and close to two shopping centers. The only issue was probably that the water was a little cold but after a hot day out in the sun it was tje perfect remedy. I like the safety in the community you would see a lot of security guards patroling the neighborhood. Overall i highly recommend this beautiful modern house, I will definitely always come back...
