"4인가족이 3층에 두 커넥팅룸을 편안히 사용하였습니다 (커넥팅룸 사용을 위해 체크인 시 50USD지불 필요해요). 시설이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 직원들의 친절하고 밝은 응대로 5일을 밝고 즐겁게 만들어 주었습니다. 특히 Tom은 능력있고 친절한 직원이었습니다. 패들보트, 스모어 체험, 엽서 작성 등 무료로 제공되는 액티비티들이 좋았습니다."

"Hotel Tano is our favorite place in Guam and became like home to us. The enitre staff are phenomenal, helpful, and kind. They make you feel happy to walk in through the door. The shop has all of the essentials and then some! The laundry is a very helpful addition. The location is fantastic and in a very walkable around, near to everything you'll need."

"Beautiful location and the room with balcony had a marvelous view of the ocean with spectacular sunsets. The room was very clean and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the infinity pool and the excellent breakfast buffet with the three egg mushroom and cheese omelettes. I plan to stay there again when I return to the island…thanks for a great stay."

"I chose Nikko Hotel Guam to watch fireworks on Tumon for the LIberation Day event thinking that it could be viewed from my room balcony. Unfortunately, the sliding door to the balcony was shut tight. I informed the front desk and they assured me that someone will come up to assist us in opening the door. As it turned out, the sliding door could not be opened. It was a wasted effort and I was not able to view the fireworks after all. Other than the rest of my stay, it was great: friendly, helpful staff, and restful night."

"I had the club oceanfront king room, it had the best view of tumon bay and the ocean. It was pretty costly but I think it’s worth it if you’re staying for a long trip. We were provided with little gifts from the hotel, which was so sweet and nice. The room itself was pretty clean. The best part I think about the club room is that you get access to the lounge that serves breakfast, lunch, and evening time. So you can get some free food and free drinks. It really helped with saving a lot of money and not having to spend a lot outside."
