"Rooms were spacious, clean and had a luxurious effect"

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "

"It was a short stay. We landed at around 3 am and did not want to hit the roads in the middle of the night. And we decided to stay overnight at the airport Marriott. The chauffeur Vishnu was very patient with us as we had to wait for a bit pick up a piece of baggage that we forgot. Check-in was a breeze with Faizan who insisted that we have a late check out option arranged for and he was definitely right. Thanks again. Will be back. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pouring outside but it looked wonderful and well maintained."

Every interaction, from check-in to asking for recommendations, was met with warmth and genuine helpfulness. Their attentiveness really made a difference. Finally, the hotel's commitment to quality is evident in its clean and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spotless, and all common areas were immaculately kept. "Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. This was my 5th stay in the last 3 years I hope to be back for another stay in few months time . Thanks a ton Team Holiday Inn Kochi .."
