"Property is perfect for a family stay, roomy, clean, and everything you need inc English TV for the kids and a few games. Swimming pool was lovely, clean, and gated for safety. Hosts were both welcoming and very helpful with bits of advice or loaning of an umbrella when occasion arose. "We were 3 generations, visiting family that live in Quillan, and we had a really lovely time here. The house really a family home that you are staying in, so really felt like a home from home as does have everything you could need, which included all you could want in the kitchen and so many toys and games that our 18 month old grandaughter did not stop for 10 days. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
