The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
