"Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days... Buyer beware."

"Staff was extremely unfriendly when checking in, was rude at first and then became nice after some time. The hotel was dark, there was no lighting in the main hallways (making it difficult to locate the elevator) and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Staff was unsure how to turn on the hallway light. "

"We stayed at this hotel for two (2) nights had a battery of issues from very poor customer service from restaurant staff member, "Melissa" who was very rude and impolite. On our second night we had change rooms due to another booking. We were offered a room with a smelly odor and another with an electricial issue. The reception clerk made her best efforts to find us a functional room. Eventually a third room was located but it too, had a leak in the bathroom under the face sink with an odor. The internet was non-functional for both days. Staff like "Moriah" and others at the reception area including "Alissa" at the restaurant were friendly, helpful and hospitable, inspite of the terrible service offered by "Melissa" at the restaurant on Friday 27 February 26. This hotel and it's surroundings is in need of a general upgrade. Dissatisfied customer. "

"The room was in good condition.However, it was not the room that I was promised through the website. When I booked the room, it showed two beds side by side in an open space. When we arrived, we entered into a room that had two separate spaces with one king bed and one area and a queen bed in another.That is not what I ask for or paid for however, when I spoke to the person at the desk, they told me that is what I paid for. Expedia showed has a quad deluxe room as a triple standard room. I don't think that's fair for the patrons to see one thing.And get something else. Overall, we made the best of our trip. The room was still nice, so we stayed there for the remainder of our trip."
