"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. "Really enjoyed our stay at the Tower Bridge Thistle hotel. It was a leisure stay where we met up with friends for a two night stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean room and circulation areas. Really appreciated the ‘Zero’ toiletries being someone who has skin allergies to most body products. Provision of USB sockets in the room would be an advantage. Breakfast selection and service was really really good."

"I missed my flight to London so I was a day late checking in to our room. I called the hotel as soon as I realized I could not get to London in time. When I arrived the next day the clerk could not find my reservation then said I was a no show. When she finally found my reservation she could not find my breakfast payment. I’m not sure if it was incompetence or a software problem. I n the end I got my room."

The pool was great for kids and the breakfast buffet was also ok. Overall, we had a great long weekend and suited our needs perfectly well. I would recommend."

The room had everything you need, the toilets and showers were clean and the included breakfast was great (with plenty of vegan options - hot, cold, pastries etc). Also only a 15-30 minute a walk away from a number of tube stations and central London. I’d really recommend staying here."

"Park Plaza was good, nice rooms, great location. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid. The check in was incredibly slow with the staff, we were waiting a long time. The room didn't have any nice touches like coffee, water or biscuits. And the spa/swimming pool needed to be booked in advance, and nothing said that was the case online, at booking, check in, or in the in-room information."
