"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. "This home was the perfect landing spot for our busy wedding weekend. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!"
