"Hotel has a great location to Plaza Italia and the other squares in Central Mendoza. Safe neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating of a concern we had. They were able to fix it and make it better. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but in need of an update. There is a lot of street noise but that seems to be endemic to the city itself."

"The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."

"The bathroom basically is the problem the shower is outside the bathroom (Wired never seen it) very uncomfortable There were no hangers on the bathroom not even for towels. Htl is not giving face tower (That is what they said when I asked) Location is good, but I think for the rate you can have a better hotel"
