"Pros: Great location in Cancun's Hotel Zone, shopping/groceries across the street, lovely beach out back as well as 2 swimming pools. Also, the housekeeper Ledy was wonderful. Cons: We've stayed at a handful of condos in Mexico over the years, and this was our least favorite. First, the condo owner Scott was very difficult to reach in-between my initial payment and the final payment. I sent at least 4 emails over 3 weeks with zero response. "Hubby and I stayed 4 nights at this location and loved it. Beautifully designed and comfortable condo. Great location. Loved the rooftop pool and the happy hour at the bar with the local musicans.We rented a golf cart from Memo and it was a wonderful way to toot around the island and go to restaurants.Would highly recomment this location and hope to return again in the near future!"
