"This property and building is a nice place to stay in Ramkhamhang but getting a taxi can be difficult and the staff rejected my booking stating that their rooms are fully booked as I had opted for pay at the counter option while booking. This is a complete new added stress while traveling with family, that they do not provide room for pre-booked customer even when their rooms were not fully booked. "I suppose you get what you pay for, didn't really look like the picture, only had a single duvet on the double bed, quite a lot of mosquitos, the room that had the toilet with shower above needed some work. The girl who greeted us didn't speak any english, so had to call someone to translate. Wouldn't stay again :("
