We particularly enjoyed the evenings watching spectacular thunderstorms flashing in distant skies over other valleys while there was not a drop of rain where we were. The food was consistently very good and the staff always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return."

"The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."

"We had a lovely stay in Chacarita. The backyard is beautiful and the private beach access was so fun. We loved the pool and spent much of our time outside watching the lizards and squirrels. The shower doesn't have hot water, but it was refreshing from the heat. Especially since we had a couple of minor issues with the air conditioning not fully working. Mario was a wonderful caretaker and made many aspects of our trip much easier. Maria was a responsive and generous host, allowing us some flexibility in checking out."

"By far, the very best thing about this property was the 2 caretakers. They were so helpful and lovely, we wanted to take them home with us! The pool was absolutely necessary and perfect, the neighborhood stores and restaurants were friendly and served us with big smiles, and shopping/groceries/excursions were not far away. I will say: if you’re looking for a resort-type experience, this is not it. This is a rural community and the home is set up comfortably but not touristy if that makes sense. It was just what our big party of 11 was looking for and we thoroughly enjoyed our family time together there. Thank you to the owner and 2 lovely caretakers for all of your help and for making this an unforgettable trip!"
