"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

"Uma opção suficiente, dentro do que eu precisava: um lugar econômico limpo e próximo ao meu compromisso. Porém, como todo hostel que já passei, é um local descolado, frequentado por pessoas descoladas e na maioria jovens. Eu como sou tímida e beeeeeem na minha, não consigo entrar na vibe e fico um pouco tensa com o clima. Mas me atendeu! "

"Excelente ubucacion, la atencion de los que te reciben muy bien son super amable ,ne recomendaron los sitio que podia conocer, rico desayuno te siente como en casa muy buen ambiente esta cerca del metro..lo unico que pienso que deberia de tener un botellon de agua para para cortesia de los cliente pero bueno en ningun de los hoteles en brasil me lo ofrecieron tal vez no lo manejan "

Reservei uma suíte e tentaram me colocar em um quarto sem banheiro privativo q nem colcha na cama tinha, com janelas quebradas, imundo e cheio de tralhas no corredor. A limpeza do local é algo q nem em hotel de beira de estrada eu havia presenciado. Os banheiros compartilhados passam a sensação de que vc está em um filme de zumbi. "The stay was great! The hotel was very well appointed, clean, excellent amenities and ambience. Please see my other review, I booked two rooms. The service from Ian, George, and Leticia was absolutely incredible, they displayed exactly what great customer service should be. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the Itaim Bibi area of São Paulo!"
