"The condo was very neat and clean and had everything we could need. There was even a welcome gift that was much-appreciated to help us get settled. The complex was lovely and very well-maintained, and was within walking distance to local activities and incredible beaches and boardwalks. Our host was very friendly and accessible. "This rental is located in a what seems to be an old hotel. When you walk onto the property there is an abandoned pool to the right. The interior of the building is old and poorly lit. The aparetment we stayed in needs some love. While it was clean and got us through our stay i won't be recommending it to people i know. "Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water.
