"Great little Boutique hotel. Outside the walls of the old city but an easy and short walk into town.Street parking is plentiful. Hotel is clean, upgraded, with quirky decorating that is tasteful. Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff was extremely nice, professional and accommodating . Be aware no elevator. Loved San Quirico d’Orcia. Smaller mountaintop town, highly walkable , not overrun by tourists but the same charm, history and leisure options as the larger towns in Tuscany."

"Incredible elegance on the top of a mountain. Views are breathtaking. Detail to renovation and architecture cannot be described adequately. The staff are the best I have found worldwide. "We loved the location! Very near the Duomo in Orvieto, yet in a very quiet side street. Francesca was very professional and friendly. She made us feel welcome. Our room was simple, very clean and the bathroom had a BATHTUB, which I had requested. Most hotels and bed and breakfast in Italy do not have bathtubs. Breakfadt was perfect for us, continental, with good coffee."

"Apartmenthotel. We visited the hotel at the end of the season. Most hotels were closed. Probably it will look different in springtime after a refresh. It was not dirty, only small imperfections. "My family spent 4 weeks at this beautiful villa and we all were amazed at the wonderful accommodations, the gorgeous grounds, and the picture perfect surroundings. The pool was such a great feature since it was 90+degrees for a couple of weeks. Valerio and Daniela were great hosts and were attentive to our needs.
