"L'hotel est très bien situé proche des établissements d'enseignement supérieur comme l'Université Rennes 1. Un centre commercial est très proche avec beaucoup de commodités (salles de sport, restaurants). L'hotel est très bien entretenu avec un bel espace ouvert à l'accueil, des chambres très bien aménagées. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et copieux avec de nombreuses options dont des produits locaux. La chambre était calme (mais elle donnait sur l'arrière du parking à l'opposé du boulevard passant).Tous les membres du personnel auxquels nous avons eu à faire étaient très prévenants et à l'écoute. Pour l'accès au centre de Rennes, un bus passe devant l'hotel même si je reconnais ne l'avoir pas utilisé. Bref vraiment un établissement que je recommande."

"Extremely nice hotel for the money. We rented two rooms for a week. The rooms were clean and relatively large. The beds were very large and comfortable. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had some hotter days of high 80s to low 90s F (29-33C) and the AC worked fine. The location is right across from the train station, so it was very convenient for day trips by train or bus. Wi-Fi worked well for some remote work. It was maybe 15-20 minutes walk to the historical sights of the city center. Even though our room looked over the plaza area in front of the train station, it was very quiet at night."

"Great staff,location and room.the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was a lack of any cooling in the room other than a fan .it was 42 degrees outside and 55 in the room.thats Celsius not Fahrenheit.at any time other than a historic heatwave this would be a great hotel."
