Building Site May 2024

The location is excellent. Within a 2 minute walking distance of a supermarket and half a dozen food establishments. With an Ibis budget you know what you are going to get. What I didn't expect was a skip outside, a lobby full of building materials and a staircase covered in building mess and smells. Oh, and the builders started hammering and sanding at 0800 on a Saturday morning. The room was as expected, no issues but an email to say that building work was going on would have given me the choice to go elsewhere or not.

OK for overnight stay

Overnight stay, on our way from Condor Ferries, St Malo, to Disneyland Paris. The room was small, but served us well. Shower not for claustrophobic people. Nice and basic breakfast.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon accueil, chambre impeccable, on a l'impression que tout est neuf tellement l'entretien est très bien fait. Même le personnel de ménage est souriant et poli, ce qui peut montrer l'implication de tous les acteurs de cet hôtel. Grande TV dans les chambres, lits très confortables moi qui souffre souvent du dos.

Bonjour, J'ai fait une fausse déclaration,car je ne sais où écrire pour faire une réclamation,car je n'ai pas pu avoir ma chambre étant donné que je n'avais pas de code d'accès ainsi que pas de chambre,j'ai été obligé de prendre un autre hôtel ,qui m'a coûté très cher . Je voulais essayer votre hôtel pour la première fois car j'aurais besoin de vos services dsl mais je suis tellement déçu et espère être remboursé de la chambre ainsi avoir une compensation de votre part. Dommage c’était presque parfait

Tout s’est bien passé jusqu’au moment du petit dej ! Annoncé jusqu’à dix heures trente et à neuf heures cinquante tout était rangé, puis qu’apparemment en semaine c’est jusqu’à 9h30. La personne de l’hôtel a eu la bienveillance de nous proposer du café du jus de pomme et qq viennoiseries, très gentil et gêné par l’erreur des horaires sur le site
