"Amazing property with great facilities. The hotel sits right on Ilica Beach, which is easily the best beach in Cesme and one of the nicest on the Aegean coast. The natural soft sand and shallow, calm water make it especially great for families with kids. The food at Swissotel is really good although definitely on the expensive side. Breakfast is a highlight , the buffet is excellent with a huge variety of choices. Overall Swissotel is by far the best resort-style hotel in Cesme. The service is attentive, the hotel feels brand new after being completely renovated from the former Sheraton, and the location is hard to beat."

"We booked this hotel because it was close to the ferry terminal, since we were heading to Chios in Greece. It served that purpose really well. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were polite, respectful, and did everything they could to help us. In the morning while we were waiting, they offered free coffee and made sure we were comfortable. Small things, but they made a difference. The location is great. You're central to all the shops in Çeşme, close to the museum and the other amenities. The one challenge was getting to the ferry terminal with luggage. It's not far, but the walk was more awkward than we expected. Worth knowing if you're travelling with bags. Overall a clean, well-run, well-located hotel and good value for the area. Would recommend."
