Great place to stay. Breakfast was great with so many options, beach was wonderful and if you are with little kids, the hotel has a pool with water slides which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and I will stay again there when I go back. The only downside was that no one spoke English other than everything was great!

Another Amazing Stay! This was our second year staying at this hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a premium room, which was a wonderful touch—especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The pool, beach, and water slides were absolutely fantastic and kept our little one entertained for hours. Whether you're traveling with kids or not, this hotel has something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!

Terrible Management Defeats a Hardworking Staff – Not a 4-Star Experience! This property desperately needs a complete revamp and repairs; there is absolutely no way this is a 4-star hotel. The understaffed on-the-ground team is the only saving grace. They have immense goodwill and try incredibly hard, but a human can only do so much against terrible management. Because they cannot keep up, garbage piles up everywhere on dining tables and the bar counter. My mom liked the buffet variety and quality, but seeing all the trash made it impossible for me to even try the food. The hotel’s structural issues are everywhere. Cigarette smoke is completely out of control, penetrating deep into the room hallways. The AC units throughout the property are just not working properly. The design is equally baffling; the lobby bar has an amazing view of the bay, but why on earth would they not have bar stools at the counter? Furthermore, the beach chairs feel like sitting on solid rocks, yet the pool chairs are comfortable. Why not put extra cushions on the beach ones? Finally, the billing process is completely out of process and not streamlined. If you order premium brand drinks not included in the basic package, checking out takes an eternity because staff must physically call someone just to get a receipt printed for you to sign. Do not be fooled by the photos. The staff deserves praise, but management has let this place fall apart. I will definitely choose the Swissôtel next time.

We were sad to leave. We will definitely come back to Seya Beach hotel. The staff were very helpful with always a smile on their faces. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. This hotel is the only one with the private beach. Love it!!

It was a large group trip. Food at the beach bar was good. Too many flies to fight. Beach is excellent. Afternoon music at the bar is fun. There is live music and our group danced. Mr Kenan accommodated all our needs.

Great spot forfamilies,attention to your valuables

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was very clean, and the rooms looked good, although there were a few minor issues. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was very fulfilling. However, the only downside is that the hotel’s beach is too close to a public beach. Our friends’ kids had their shoes taken, and unfortunately, someone took money out of our bag that we had planned to use for tips.

The overall resort is very nice and you can easily stay here for a week snd relax. It also has a short trip into Alacati. The room was not clean, and even after advising staff of this, was never cleaned properly. Almost no English spoken at the resort, which makes all interactions difficult. Also got ripped off at reception booking a taxi.

Lack of leadership shows. Meal times are such a chaos. Staff does not know what they are doing. Not organized. Dirty plates stay on the tables, so if you are late, you can not find a clean table. When you request a drink , they forget and never bring it to you. There has to be on the ground supervisor and organize things.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful resort, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the room upgrade — it made our stay even more comfortable. Our son had a fantastic time at the water slide pool and the kids club, which were both highlights of the trip. The resort’s location is also perfect — very convenient and close to a variety of great dining options. We’re already looking forward to returning next summer
