Amazing and peaceful atmosphere thanks all team

We had an amazing weekend whit Armel Alacati❤️. All staff it was helpfully,smiling and very kind ..Room it was very clean and comfortable 10/10 likely 5 Stars .. Food and drinks always great and looks delicious. Free traditional Turkish breakfast really enough and delicious🙏Highly recommended..

Everything was great. the service was very good. people are friendly and very good turkish breakfast. Location is amazing and walking distance to the center. Just be aware though, the Eco-rooms are in the basement without any windows. just careful when choosing those.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Armel Alaçatı. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist wirklich top: In nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Alaçatı Çarşı, sodass man Restaurants, Cafés und die schönen Gassen direkt in der Nähe hat. Der einzige Minuspunkt war für uns die Größe des Zimmers. Für zwei Personen war es klein und es gab leider kaum Stauraum. Mit zwei Koffern war es dadurch eng. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders die schöne Atmosphäre, die Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage und der freundliche Service haben uns gefallen.

Oda çok ferahtı yarı otantik bir dizaynı vardı. Huzurlu sessiz bir konaklama yaşadık. Sahibi olduğunu tahmin ettiğim beyefendi klimayla ilgili sorunumuzu hızlıca çözdü. Diğer çocuklar da saygılı ve kibarlardı. Genel olarak beklentimi karşıladı. Daha önce Alaçatı'da başka otellerde de konaklamış biri olarak tekrar gelirsem otel tercihi olarak ilk sıralara yazarım.

Öncelikle girişte lobide odamızı bile göstermeye gelmediler(orta yaşlı bir personel var aşırı ilgisiz ve suratsızdı) burunkiri anahtarı verdiler aşırı saygısızlardı. Odada tahta tavan vardı tahta kurusu sesi ve sürekli cik cik öten yangın alarmi butonu,aşırı sivrisinekli Kahvaltıya gelecek olursak gerçekten kötü salatalıkalr yıkanmamış servis tabakları pis en kötü markalardan alınmış ürünler 3-4 günlük simit getiriyorlar dünden masada kalan peynirlerin kenarlarını kesip tekarar getiriyorlar daha yazarım ama yoruldum… Sadece yemek servisi yapan personel güler yüzlü ve kibardı Otoparkı yok caddeye gidip parketmeniz lazım Gidilmezz leşşş gibi bir otell fotoğraflara kanmayın

Beklentimizi bazı yönleri ile karşıladı bazı yönleriyle maalesef karşılamadı. Otel konum olarak iyi ve ulaşılabilir bir lokasyonda. Temizlik olarak iyi değildi çarşafları ve nevresimler kullanılmış, önceki misafirden kalmış gibiydi değiştirilmesini rica ettik ve bize verdiler bizde değiştirdik. Oda içerisinde olanakları kısıtlıydı 2 valiziniz varsa 1ini açacak yer var 2.sini koyacak yer yok gibi küçüktü. Yine oda içerisinde tuvalet küçüktü bu katlanılacak bir şey ama duşun yarısının kapısı var yarısının yok bu belki modern bi duşa kabin olarak düşünmüş olabilirler ama yaptığım duştaki suyun yarısı dışarı çıkıyordu ben yine fotoğrafları ekleyeceğim.Havuz ve otel bahçesi bakımlı, güzel ve kullanışlıydı alaçatıda butik otellere göre güzel havuz büyüklüğü ve şezlong sayısı vardı, havuz havanın soğuk olması durumu için ısıtılıyordu bu iyi bir şey. Artıları olduğu gibi bir çok eksiside vardı.
